賀輔大醫學院醫學系陳正文老師與成大生醫工程系黃執中老師合作研究榮獲科技部生科司「2020未來科技獎」

聽一場演講,能有多大的衝擊?
一切都要回到民國100年,當時擔任輔大副校長的江漢聲教授,在耕莘醫院全院晨會中分享他如何兼顧臨床教學研究與服務,我永遠記得在會後江校長提到,輔大有一位剛從美國頂尖超音波研究室學成歸國的電機系黃執中老師,希望能與臨床醫師一起尋找合作研究的機會,我當時對於阻塞性睡眠呼吸中止症病人的診療上有些天真的想法,正在思考是否可以借助超音波整夜監測舌部深度變化來反映呼吸道的阻塞情形,並提供病生理研究及治療成效的客觀依據,於是斗膽打電話到校長室,秘書給了我黃老師的電話,我打了,結果是促成了九年來的跨領域合作,黃執中老師年輕,有活力,我們一拍即合,九年來完成了延續五年的兩個科技部計畫,並於今年榮獲生科司「2020未來科技獎」。雖然黃老師後來轉任成大生醫工程系,團隊仍然維持緊密的合作關係,黃老師曾說,筆者是他所合作過的臨床醫師中,最愉快的經驗,我深感光榮,也願意分享這項輔大院內跨領域合作研究的喜訊!【醫學院供稿】
